Vieworks Showcases Bendable X-ray Detectors at JIMA 2024
2024-09-20

Vieworks participated in JIMA 2024
(Japan Inspection Instruments and Non-Destructive Testing Exhibition), held
in Tokyo, Japan, where it presented its latest innovations in both industrial
X-ray imaging and machine vision. Known as a leading event in the field of
non-destructive testing (NDT), JIMA provided a platform for Vieworks to engage
with inspection and imaging professionals from across Asia and beyond.
Vieworks presented its bendable
detectors VIVIX-V 1025B and VIVIX-V 1043B, which are specially
designed for inspecting curved surfaces with enhanced flexibility. Also
introduced were portable static detectors engineered for field use, offering
high mobility and convenience. In the machine vision segment, the company
highlighted non-visible cameras for UV, NIR, and SWIR imaging—technologies
that reveal defects invisible to standard visible-light cameras. The VTS-9K5X2,
a high-sensitivity UV TDI (Time Delayed Integration) line scan camera, was
among the key products on display.
Through its showcase at JIMA 2024, Vieworks demonstrated its commitment to delivering specialized imaging solutions tailored to the evolving needs of industrial inspection.
